How would you define making it big?

For me making it big is to become someone that I can be proud of and use design to let a piece of the world become better.

What's a big move that has shaped you?

Coming to Calarts without knowing what Calarts is like, and path through all the bitter and sweets in the past four years, and letting graphic design become part of my life and my future career.

What's your next big move?

As of now, my next big move is to become a toy artist and also as a packaging designer. For the rest of my life, keep exploring all my area of interests.

Favorite project at CalArts?

Pattern project in BFA2.

Funnest memory from a crit?

Seeing Mr. Keedy fall from a skateboard.

Dream job?

Collaborate with Doraemon.

Name an important lesson you've learned so far in your academic career.

Time Management.

What is your favorite part of the design process?

Image-making and production.

What are 3 must-haves/must-dos that put you in a working mood?

Tasty drinks, music, and good food.

Fragrances as Patterns

Six custom made scents of fragrances. Based on the perfume notes and the characteristics of each scent, different styles or image-making of patterns are developed.
