Some Small Moment in Our Life

These collages were inspired by a quote from Haruki Murakami: Every one of us is losing something precious to us. Lost opportunities, lost possibilities, feelings we can never get back again. That's what part of it means to be alive.

Synphony

We now live in a world filled with different kinds of filters. Cross-culturally, news is reported differently based on different political stands; Censorship cuts off the information flow; Artificial intelligence created endless echo chambers which trapped us in our own ways of thinking. In 2040, to “solve” this communication problem, people invented SYNPHONY, a mask which filters out any comments that may cause any disagreements.
